Care
We recommend that you machine wash on cool, tumble dry low, and use a warm iron if needed.
We currently ship to the U.S. and Canada.
We offer free shipping on orders over $50.
We ship all orders from our headquarters in San Francisco Monday through Friday. Standard processing times are 1-3 business days.
We use the US Postal Service (USPS) and standard shipping times are 5-8 business days.

RETURNS
To initiate a return, please email hello@ellislittles.com with your order #.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition in which you received it. Monogrammed products are not eligible for return.
- Returns received within 30 days of original ship date will be refunded in full, minus shipping charges.
- Returns received within 31-60 days of original ship date will receive store credit.
- We cannot accept returns after 60 days.
- Refunds are issued to the original form of payment and are processed within 5 business days of receipt of returned merchandise. You will be refunded the purchase amount and any applicable sales tax.
Customers are responsible for paying return and exchange shipping costs unless we sent an incorrect or damaged item, in which case we will provide a complimentary return label.
